Shipping and Returns Policy

Barcelona Crystal will not exchange any item damaged due to customer misuse; likewise, no item will be exchanged if it does not come in its original packaging and with all original accessories in perfect condition.

Once the product has been received and its condition verified, the exchange will be carried out.

The customer will be responsible for the costs of returning products, using the method they deem appropriate. In the event that the return is due to manufacturing defects, Barcelona Crystal will cover the costs of resending the new material.

Before proceeding with the return, please contact us to arrange the return method.

In accordance with current legislation, products may be returned within 7 business days of receipt by the customer, provided they meet the conditions outlined on this page. For more information about the returns procedure, please send an email to info@barcelonacrystal.com

The customer may cancel the order placed within 1 business day.

A refund will be issued for the purchase of Barcelona Crystal products if the customer is dissatisfied with the product received, provided the customer also returns the purchased products within a maximum of 3 business days. A refund will also be issued for canceled orders, provided they comply with the applicable cancellation conditions and deadlines.

Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

At Barcelona Crystal, we process the information you provide in order to provide you with the requested service and to invoice you for it. The data provided will be kept for as long as the business relationship is maintained or for the years necessary to comply with legal obligations. The data is not transferred to third parties except where there is a legal obligation to do so. You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether we are processing your personal data; therefore, you have the right to access your personal data, rectify inaccurate data, or request its deletion when the data is no longer necessary.
