Yes, we have our physical store Barcelona Crystal, Av. de Mistral, 63, Local 1, 08015 Barcelona, very close to Plaza Espanya. There you can see the products in person, collect your order for free, or design your crystal directly with our team. Open Monday to Saturday, from 9:30 to 20:00.

Orders are prepared quickly because each crystal is made to order. Once ready, shipping takes 1 to 2 business days to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, and 2 to 5 business days to the rest of Europe (business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays). If you collect in store, your 2D order will be ready in 15 minutes and your 3D order in 3 hours.

You can also order by WhatsApp and pick it up in store the same day. If you prefer us to ship it, we send it out the same day or the next, depending on the time you place your order.

For domestic shipments we work with CTT Express. For international shipments we use DHL, which offers reliable tracking and fast delivery across Europe.

2D engraving reproduces your photo on a single plane, like a drawing engraved inside the crystal, and is ready in just 15 minutes. With 3D engraving, we create a real three-dimensional figure inside the crystal, with more depth and detail, ideal for portraits of people or pets. 3D takes 3 hours in store.

All models include an LED light base with 6 colours, in fixed or changing positions. The base runs on batteries or the included USB cable, in case you prefer to keep it always plugged in.
